Where", providing that house trailers designed primarily for human
habitation are not exempt from the assessment of the local prop-
erty tax in Garrett County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 9(32) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Revenue and Taxes", sub-title "What Shall Be
Taxed and Where", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments", to read as follows:
9.
(32) Certain motor vehicles; house trailers in Carroll, Harford,
Garrett and St. Mary's counties. — Motor vehicles, Classes A to J,
inclusive. Nothing herein shall be construed to exempt house trailers
designed primarily for human habitation from the assessment of the
local property tax in Carroll County, Harford County , Garrett County
and St. Mary's County, notwithstanding any fees paid to the Depart-
ment of Motor Vehicles for the privilege of the use of the highways
by such house trailers.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 125(2),
of Article 48A, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Insurance", sub-title "Agents and Brokers", redefining the
term "insurance adviser" to provide that an agent or other repre-
sentative of an authorized insurer who meets certain requirements
and who uses certain titles in close conjunction with the name, in
whole or in part, of the authorized insurer, shall not be deemed an
insurance adviser.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 125(2) of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Insurance", sub-title "Agents and
Brokers", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
