Birds", prohibiting the use of booby, brush or stake blind in waters
of Turners Creek in Kent County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 156 (a) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Water-
fowl and Migratory Birds", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

156.

(a) Enumeration of waters in general.—No booby, brush, or stake
blind shall be licensed or erected in the waters of Turners Creek and
of
Chester River and its tributaries within the jurisdiction of Kent
County except in those waters lying between Durding's Creek and
Deep Point, or between the property line of Wickliffe Farm and
Cedar Point Farm near the point which is known as Pine Tree Cove
and Graveyard Point on Spencer Hall Farm on Eastern Neck Island
and no booby, brush or stake blind shall be licensed or erected in
the waters of the Chesapeake Bay within the jurisdiction of Kent
County between the north end of Wilson's Point on Trumpetington
Farm and the mouth of the Chester River.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 443
(Senate Bill 542)

AN ACT to add a new Section 323A to Article 7 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County",
to be under the new sub-title "Trailers", to follow immediately
after Section 323 thereof, relating to the reporting of parked
trailers to the assessor of Carroll County, and relating generally
to trailers in Carroll County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 323A be and it is hereby added to Article 7 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", to be under the new sub-title "Trailers", to follow
immediately after Section 323 thereof, and to read as follows:

323A. All persons, firms or corporations owning any house trailer
or house trailers which trailer or trailers are located in Carroll
County for a period of more than ten days at any one time shall,
upon the expiration of said ten-day period, immediately notify the
