ing to the monetary limitation on jurisdiction of the Trial Magis-
trates of Worcester County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 6(m) of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Civil
Jurisdiction", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

6.

(m) Trial magistrates of Worcester County shall have civil juris-
diction in all cases hereinbefore mentioned in this section, insti-
tuted after June 1, [1957] 1959, and involving amounts not exceed-
ing [three hundred dollars ($300.00)] seven hundred dollars
($700.00).

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(Senate Bill 431)

AN ACT to add new Section 191 (g) to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Dog
Licenses in the Counties", to follow immediately after Section
191 (f) thereof, relating generally to fees for dog licenses in
Charles County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 191 (g) be and the same is hereby added to Article
56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title
"Licenses", sub-title "Dog Licenses in the Counties", to follow imme-
diately after Section 191 (f) thereof, and to read as follows:

191.

(g). In Charles County the fee for a male dog and a spayed female
shall be $2.00, and for a female the fee shall be $3.00. The fee for a
kennel license shall be $15.00.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.
