WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE FINAL DECISION OF THE
COUNCIL ON A PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION, BE
APPEALED BY ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE DE-
CISION TO THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY, WHICH
SHALL HAVE POWER TO AFFIRM THE DECISION OF THE
DISTRICT COUNCIL OR, IF SUCH DECISION IS NOT IN AC-
CORDANCE WITH THE LAW, TO REVERSE SUCH DECISION,
WITH OR WITHOUT REMANDING THE CASE FOR REHEAR-
ING, AS JUSTICE MAY REQUIRE. WHENEVER ANY SUCH
APPEAL IS TAKEN, A COPY THEREOF SHALL BE SERVED
ON THE DISTRICT COUNCIL BY THE CLERK OF THE COURT,
AND THE DISTRICT COUNCIL SHALL PROMPTLY GIVE
NOTICE OF THE APPEAL TO ALL PARTIES TO THE PRO-
CEEDING BEFORE IT AND SHALL, WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER
THE FILING OF THE APPEAL, FILE WITH THE COURT THE
ORIGINALS OR CERTIFIED COPIES OF ALL PAPERS AND
EVIDENCE PRESENTED TO THE COUNCIL IN THE PRO-
CEEDING BEFORE IT, TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF ITS
OPINION AND RESOLUTION. ANY PARTY TO THE PRO-
CEEDING IN THE CIRCUIT COURT AGGRIEVED BY THE
DECISION OF SAID COURT MAY APPEAL FROM SUCH DE-
CISION TO THE COURT OF APPEALS. THE REVIEW PRO-
CEEDINGS PROVIDED BY THIS SUB-SECTION SHALL BE
EXCLUSIVE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 223
(House Bill 52)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 165 (c)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "County Liquor Control
Boards and Dispensaries", relating to the disposition of the profits
of the liquor dispensary in the First Election District of Harford
County and relating generally to alcoholic beverages in Harford
County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 165 (c) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"County Liquor Control Boards and Dispensaries", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

165.

(c) Harford County.—The liquor control board shall keep separ-
ate accounts of the operations conducted at each dispensary which
