(b)  The official warrants docket shall be supplied as needed from
time to time by the Board of County Commissioners of Harford
County.

(c)  Justices of the peace to whom this section applies include (by
way of enumeration and not limitation) trial magistrates and com-
mitting magistrates in Harford County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 215
(Senate Bill 328)

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Wicomico County to borrow upon the faith and credit of Wicomico
County the amount of Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars
($770,000.00), and to issue and sell coupon bonds therefore, the
proceeds thereof to be used by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Wicomico County and the Board of Education of
Wicomico County, for the construction of, completing the construc-
tion of, making additions and improvements to and equipping
school buildings and grounds in Wicomico County, Maryland, and
to authorize the levying of taxes for the payment of the principal
of said bonds and interest thereon; to provide for the formation
of a Wicomico County School Building Commission, to advise with
the County Commissioners of Wicomico County and the Board of
Education of Wicomico County regarding the expenditure of the
proceeds of the bonds hereby authorized to be sold and the carry-
ing out of the provisions of this act; and providing that the pro-
visions of this act shall be separable.

Whereas, the County Commissioners of Wicomico County and the
Board of Education of Wicomico County desire to construct addi-
tional school buildings and/or make additions to existing school
buildings in Wicomico County at an approximate cost of One Million
Seventy Thousand Dollars ($1,070,000.00), and

Whereas, it is anticipated that the said contemplated improve-
ments will be made during the fiscal years 1959-60 and 1960-61 and
that during said years, there will be available from the School Incen-
tive Fund, for such purposes, the sum of One Hundred Eighteen
Thousand, One Hundred Dollars ($118,100.00), for the year 1959-60,
and the sum of One Hundred Seventy-three Thousand, One Hundred
Ninety-two Dollars and Eighty-one Cents ($173,192.81), for the year
1960-61, and the County Commissioners of Wicomico County shall
provide in its annual levy for the fiscal year 1959-60 the sum of
Nineteen Hundred Dollars ($1,900.00), and for the fiscal year 1960-
