Appeals, the sum of three thousand dollars annually in addition to the
salary received by said Judges from the State of Maryland, said pay-
ments to be made from and after June 1, 1959, in equal monthly
installments, and the said County Commissioners are hereby author-
ized and directed to levy upon the assessable property of the said
County a tax sufficient to pay the aforesaid amounts.
NO JUDGE
IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE ADDITIONAL COMPENSA-
TION SPECIFIED HEREINABOVE UNLESS HE HAS SERVED
AS JUDGE FOR AT LEAST FIVE YEARS.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 785
(House Bill 464)

AN ACT to add an additional area IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUN-
TY to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the area herein described is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918:

All that area in the Piscataway and Brandywine Election Districts
of Prince George's County within the following described boundaries:

Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said point being at the inter-
section of the centerline of Piney Creek with the centerline of Pisca-
taway Creek and running thence in a generally easterly direction
with and along the centerline of Piscataway Creek to a point east of,
at right angles to and 200 feet distant from the east side of the New
Branch Avenue or Route 5, thence in a generally southerly direction
east of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the east side of said
New Branch Avenue or Route 5, to a point on the northwest right
of way line of Crain Highway, U. S. Route 301, thence in a generally
southeasterly direction, at right angles to the southbound lane of
Crain Highway, U. S. Route 301, to a point east of, at right angles
to and 200 feet distant from the east side of said Crain Highway,
U. S. Route 301, thence in a generally southerly direction, east of,
parallel to and 200 feet distant from the said east side of Crain High-
way, U. S. Route 301, to Mattawoman Creek, the Boundary between
Prince George's and Charles Counties, thence in a generally westerly
and northerly direction with and along the Boundary between Prince
George's and Charles Counties to the Maryland-Virginia Boundary
line, thence in a generally easterly and northerly direction with and
