alcoholic content therein. This limitation does not apply to the taking
of a breath test or a urine specimen.
(e) The person tested shall be permitted to have a physician of
his own choosing administer a chemical test in addition to the one
administered at the direction of the police officer.
(f) Upon the request of the person who was tested, the results of
the test wll WILL be made available to him. BEFORE TRIAL BY
AN OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE WHICH SHALL BE ADMISSIBLE
IN EVIDENCE.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act shall
be construed to apply to or affect in any manner the prosecution of
any crime or offense committed prior to the effective date of this Act.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-sections (a)
and (b) of Section 12 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), as amended, title "Public Education",
sub-title "Chapter 2. Formation of Boards", AND TO REPEAL
AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 68 OF
ARTICLE 33 OF THE SAID CODE, TITLE "ELECTIONS",
SUB-TITLE "NOMINATION BY PETITION", providing that the
terms of the members of the School Board of COUNTY BOARD
OF EDUCATION FOR Montgomery County shall commence on
December 1, rather than January 1 of the year following, begin-
ning with the terms thereof commencing December 1, 1960; pro-
viding that Montgomery County shall defray the cost of publica-
tion of each petition for nomination for said Board SHALL NOT
BE REQUIRED and relating generally thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
