the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to a point 200
feet west of and at right angles to the west line of the Falls
Road, thence in a generally southwesterly direction, west of,
parallel to, and 200 feet distant from the west line of Falls
Road to intersect the property line between the property of
the Great Falls Farm Corporation obtained from the Tilden
Corporation, dated December 31, 1931, and recorded among
the aforesaid Land Records in Liber 532 at Folio 206, and the
property of the United States of America, thence due west to
a point on the Maryland-Virginia Boundary line, thence in a
generally southeasterly direction with and along said Mary-
land-Virginia Boundary line to the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a generally
northerly direction with and along the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
the above-described Rural Water Areas and said areas shall be sub-
ject to all the rules and regulations of the Commission and all pro-
visions of law relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict which are applicable to the water system of the Commission
including taxes and other sums or charges levied by said Commission
in said Sanitary District; provided, however, that the Commission
shall not levy any ad valorem or front foot benefit tax assessment or
other charge within any of the aforementioned Rural Water Areas
until such time as the construction of a water system shall be actually
commenced, or an existing water system shall be extended to such
area and available to the property within such area, and when from
time to time such a system is commenced or extended, then the area
or areas affected by such commencement or extension shall be ex-
cluded from this provision.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(House Bill 829)

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Worcester County to establish an Assateague Island
Bridge Authority, under this or another name, and relating gen-
erally to the powers, duties, personnel, functions and operations
of the Bridge Authority and to the Board of County Commissioners
in relation thereto.
