to prohibit loitering by minors on alcoholic beverage licensed
premises in Dorchester County, and providing the penalty therefor.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 123 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Restrictions
Upon Licenses", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
123. (a) In Dorchester County, no manufacturer or wholesaler
shall sell any beer to any retail dealer except for cash on delivery.
No suit or action ex contractu to enforce or collect any claim for
credit extended in violation of this section shall be maintained in
this State.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this Article to
allow any minor or minors under the age of twenty-one years to loaf
or loiter about the place of business for which such license is issued.
Violation of this sub-section is punishable by fine not to exceed one
hundred dollars ($100).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to add new Section 27A to Article 25 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "County Commissioners", sub-
title "General Provisions", to follow immediately after Section 27
thereof, to require licensing of migrant labor camps in the counties
DORCHESTER COUNTY by the County Commissioners, to pro-
vide penalties for violations, and relating generally to migrant
labor camps IN DORCHESTER COUNTY.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 27A be and the same is hereby added to Article 25
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "County
Commissioners", sub-title "General Provisions", to follow immedi-
ately after Section 27 thereof, and to read as follows:
27A. (a) On IN DORCHESTER COUNTY ON and after June
1, 1959, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
establish, maintain or operate any labor camp for migrant or tran-
sient workers, or for permanent or semi-permanent workers in groups
of twenty-five or more workers, outside the limits of any incorpo-
