upon such vehicle when stopped or parked in accordance with local
parking regulations upon a highway where there is sufficient light
to reveal any person or object within a distance of three hundred
(300) feet upon such highway. Any lighted headlamps upon a parked
vehicle shall be depressed or dimmed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 20 (k)
(2) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Beer, Wine and
Liquor Licenses", relating to Beer, Wine and Liquor License, Class
C, in Prince George's County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 20 (k) (2) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(2) A special Class C (golf and country club) license shall be
issued, upon approval by the board of license commissioners of
Prince George's County, to any golf and country club in said county
applying therefor which has two hundred (200) or more bona fide
members paying dues of not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
per annum per member, which maintains at the time of the applica-
tion for the license two or more lawn tennis courts, a swimming pool
at least 30 feet by 80 feet in size, and a regular or championship
golf course of [18] 9 holes or more. Such a license shall authorize
the holder thereof to keep for sale and to sell at retail any alcoholic
beverages, to any customer at the place described in said license, for
consumption on or off its premises. The annual fee for such a golf
and country club license shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00)
for the license year commencing in May 1955 and six hundred and
fifty dollars ($650.00) for each license year thereafter, which shall
be paid to said clerk before any such license is issued. The applica-
tion for any such license filed on behalf of any such golf and country
club in Prince George's County shall be signed by at least one officer
of said club, who need not be a resident or registered voter or
