322 CERTIFICATES OF REFERENDA

1931, Ch. 376—Ocean City
1935, Ch. 471—Ocean City

State of Maryland, Worcester County, to-wit:

I, T. EARL PIERCE, CITY CLERK OF MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
OCEAN CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, hereby
certify that no referenda were held against Chapter 376, Acts of
1931, and Chapter 471, Acts of 1935.

GIVEN UNDER my hand and the seal of the Mayor and City
Council of Ocean City this 14th day of August, 1959.
