docks, or wharves. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL PROHIBIT FISH-
ING BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER ON SUNDAYS DURING
THE REGULAR DUCKING SEASON.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1960.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 330, 332
and 333 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Health", sub-title "Plumbing", to increase the fees
for certain certificates issued by the Board of Commissioners of
Practical Plumbing, and increasing the compensation of the mem-
bers of the Board of Commissioners AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES TO QUALIFIED APPLI-
CANTS ON A RECIPROCAL BASIS UNDER CERTAIN CON-
DITIONS.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 330, 332 and 333 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Health", sub-title "Plumbing", be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

330.

The said Board of Commissioners shall demand and receive from
such applicant for a certificate of competency whom they examine
