fowl therefrom; provided, however, it shall be lawful to use sneak
boat or bushwack rig on the Susquehanna Flats and on the waters of
the Elk and Sassafras rivers in Cecil County and on the waters of the
Potomac and Monocacy rivers in Allegany and Frederick counties,
on the waters of the Monocacy River in Carroll County, on the waters
of the Potomac River in Montgomery and Washington counties, and
the waters of Chincoteague Bay, Sinepuxent Bay, Isle of Wight,
Assawoman Bay and their respective tributaries in Worcester
County. It shall be unlawful to use any decoy, sneak boat or bush-
wack rig (or any part thereof) within 500 yards of any stake blind
or shore blind in Harford, Cecil or Worcester counties. Any gun
which cannot be habitually raised and fired from the shoulder and
any gun larger than number ten gauge or rifle of any description
found in the vicinity of the areas of wildfowl shall be confiscated
by any officer of this State and delivered to the Director.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1960.

(House Bill 128)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 126 (c)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and In-
land Water Fish", sub-heading "Hunter's License", increasing
the fee for a county-wide hunting license.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 126 (c) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Hunter's License", be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
126 (c) Issuance of license. —If a resident of the State of Mary-
land, the applicant shall pay to the clerk of the court of the county,
or agent of which he is a resident, the sum of [one dollar and twenty-
five cents ($1. 25)]

DOLLAR AND SEVENTY-FIVE CENTS ($1. 75) which shall entitle
him to hunt in the county in which he procures such license, and if
the applicant shall desire a State-wide license, he shall pay a fee of
five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5. 25) which license may be issued
by the clerk of any circuit court of any county or agent or by the
Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City. The clerk
of the court, or agent, shall thereupon issue a license and tag to be
supplied to the said clerks or agents by the Director and said license
