OR EQUIPMENT, BY ambulance equip-
ment of volunteer fire companies and other
non-profit agencies of the State in the move-
ment of sick or injured persons and by organ-
ized groups of school children on visits to
the State Capitol to be spent under the
direction of the Toll Facilities Department
