CHAPTER 518
(House Bill 21)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 10 of
Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition)
title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Administration—Registration—
Titling", providing that the office of the Department of Motor Ve-
hicles shall not be kept open on Saturdays.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 10 of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Administration-
Registration—Titling", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
10. The Commissioner shall maintain an office in the City of Balti-
more, open daily, excepting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during
such hours as the Governor may prescribe.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2 (8) and
Sections 102 (a) and 102 (c) of Article 66½ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supplement), title
"Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Administration—Registration—
Titling", clarifying the motor vehicle laws concerning the record
or notification of a conviction for violating the Motor Vehicle Laws
and also including a reference to the forfeiture of collateral in
other states, all with reference to the refusal, revocation or sus-
pension of a motor vehicle license in this state.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
