11.01.01.13 Public Medical Institution Patient Fund

To supplement the Public Assistance Appropria-
tion to the State Department of Public Wel-
fare for the purpose of enabling payment of
assistance grants to eligible clients who are
patients in public medical institutions, subject
to the rules and regulations of the State Board
of Public Welfare. These funds are only
to be expended under a plan agreed on jointly
by the State Board of Health, the State Board
of Public Welfare and the State Budget Di-
rector.
