poses; and in the event such a transfer of this
appropriation from the State Department of
Health to the State Department of Public Wel-
fare is made, the Board of Public Works shall
approve a plan for continuing the programs of
medical care under the provisions of Article
43, Sections 42 and 43, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, 1951 Edition.

10.01.03.07 Special Types of Care

Included in this appropriation are
funds for payments to hospitals for
care of crippled children; the rates
of payment shall be the least of (a)
$17.00 per patient day, (b) 80% of
the approved hospital cost per
patient day, or (c) billings to other
patients for like services.
