CHAPTER 444 (House Bill 417) PASSED OVER GOVERNOR'S VETO* AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 651 (b) Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, 551. (b) Licenses. No person shall take or catch oysters or clams for Sec. 2.
