viction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not
more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
The trial magistrate shall have original jurisdiction to hear any
violation of this sub-section, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
114. (b)-2. No licensee, proprietor, or operator of any estab-
lishment dispensing alcoholic beverages shall permit the consumption
or possession of any alcoholic beverages by a person under the age
of twenty-one years upon said premises no matter by whom such
alcoholic beverages shall have been purchased or from whom ob-
tained. Anyone violating this sub-section shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than Fifty
Dollars ($50.00) in addition to any other penalties as provided un-
der this Article.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

(Senate Bill 415)
AN ACT to add Section 20(e-1) to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses",
to follow immediately after Section 20 (e) thereof; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 20 (k) of said Article and
sub-title (1956 Supplement); and to add Section 93A to said
Article, sub-title "Hours and Days for Sale", to follow immedi-
ately after Section 93 thereof, creating in certain portions of Dor-
chester County a Class C or Club License for the sale of alcoholic
beverages, and relating generally to the conditions under which
such license shall be issued and to the license fee, hours and days
for sale and to the provisions applicable thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 20 (e-1) be and it is hereby added to Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor
Licenses", to follow immediately after Section 20(e) thereof; that
Section 20(k) of said Article and sub-title (1956 Supplement) be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and that
Section 93A be and it is hereby added to said Article, sub-title
"Hours and Days for Sale", to follow immediately after Section 93
thereof, and all to read as follows:
20. (e-1) (Dorchester County). In Dorchester County the an-
nual fee for such a license shall be Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
