County", sub-title "Circuit Courts", and to add new Section 261A
to said Code, sub-title "Jurors"; providing for the jury terms of
court in Talbot County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 49 and 50 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-title
"Circuit Courts", be and the same are hereby repealed and a new
Section 261A added to said Code,, sub-title "Jurors", to read as
follows:

Jurors

261A. There shall be two (2) jury terms of the Circuit Court
for Talbot County commencing at Easton in said county on the third
Monday of May and the third Monday of November in each year.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

Approved March 21, 1957.

CHAPTER 310
(Senate Bill 428)

AN ACT to legalize the 1957 Edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Talbot County, being Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Talbot County and edited by
Carl N. Everstine, and making provisions for the publication,
sale and distribution thereof.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1957 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Talbot
County, being Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, published under the direction of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Talbot County and edited by Carl N. Everstine, be and
the same is hereby legalized. Said Code shall contain all Public Local
Laws relating to Talbot County in effect at the completion of the
1957 Regular Session of the General Assembly of Maryland; it shall
be deemed and taken in all the Courts of the State and by all Just-
ices of the Peace and Trial Magistrates of the State and by all other
public officials of the State and of any political sub-division thereof
to be evidence of the Public Local Laws of Talbot County in exist-
ence at the time of compilation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Talbot County be and it is hereby authorized to
make an appropriation to provide for the publication of said Code;
