Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 219 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title
"Court House Square", be and it is hereby repealed and that a new
Section 219 be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in
the place and stead of the section so repealed, and to read as follows:

219. Any person who shall, without the consent of the County
Commissioners' of Queen Anne's County, enter upon, or walk, run,
ride or drive upon the unpaved public grounds adjacent to the Court
House in the town of Centreville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland,
known as the Court House Square, or who shall in any manner
mutilate, cut or destroy any flowers, shrubbery or trees within and
upon said Court House Square, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding the
sum of twenty-five dollars for each offense.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal Section 233A of Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's
County", sub-title "Fines", as enacted or amended by Chapters 93
of the Acts of 1937, 31 of 1939 and 440 of 1949, and to enact new
Section 233A in lieu thereof, to stand in the place and stead of the
section so repealed and to be under the new sub-title "Law Li-
brary", relating to payments by the county for the Bar Library of
Queen Anne's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 233A of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title
"Fines", as enacted or amended by Chapters 93 of the Acts of 1937,
31 of 1939 and 440 of 1949, be and it is hereby repealed and that a
new Section 233A be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand
in the place and stead of the section so repealed and to be under the
new sub-title "Law Library", and to read as follows:
