treasurer to report to them as to the amount of money held or
deposited by him [to the credit of himself] as treasurer, or in other
respects as to the state of his accounts; and they may also require
from any bank or trust company with whom money may be deposited
by said treasurer, any special agreement or security, in addition to
the corporate liability of the bank, for the money thus deposited
by him.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal Section 20 of Article 78B of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Racing Commission" relating to
the distribution in Montgomery County of certain racing revenues
paid over to that County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 20 of Article 78B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Racing Commission", be and it is hereby
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal Section 4 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Mode of
Issuing—General Provisions", relating to the distribution in Mont-
gomery County of the proceeds of certain license fees paid over to
that County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 4 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
