Theodore R. McKeldin, Governor 197 Bailiffs in Frederick County shall each receive fifty dollars Bailiffs in Dorchester County shall each receive seven dollars and Bailiffs in Charles County shall receive an amount per day to be (b) Every court crier attending the Circuit Courts in the counties (1) [Criers in Charles County shall each receive Four Dollars (2) Criers in Allegany, Caroline, Howard, Kent, Prince George's, (3) Criers in Anne Arundel County shall each receive Seventy- (4) Criers in Baltimore and Frederick Counties shall each receive (5) Criers in Calvert County shall each receive One Hundred and (6) Criers in St. Mary's County shall each receive Six Dollars (7) Criers in Carroll, Cecil, Montgomery, Talbot and Wicomico (8) Criers in Garrett and Somerset Counties shall each receive (9) Criers in Queen Anne's County shall each receive Ten Dollars (9-1) Criers in Dorchester County shall each receive seven dollars (10.) The several bailiffs and criers shall perform such duties as SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect Approved March 11, 1957.
