"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Revocation and Suspension of
Licenses", said new section to follow immediately after Section
66 (e) thereof, prescribing certain causes for the mandatory sus-
pension OR REVOCATION of licenses by the Board of License
Commissioners of Prince George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 66 (f) be and it is hereby added to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supple-
ment), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Revocation and Sus-
pension of Licenses", said new section to follow immediately after
Section 66 (e) thereof, and to read as follows:

66.

(f) (Prince George's County.) In Prince George's County, not-
withstanding any other provisions of this Article, but in addition
thereto the Board of License Commissioners shall suspend any license
issued under the provisions of this Article for a minimum period of
thirty (30) days for the following causes:

(1) Conviction of the licensee for a violation of any of the provi-
sions of this Article concerning an illegal sale of alcoholic beverages

on Sunday or during prohibited hours;

(2) Conviction of the licensee for violation of any of the laws of
the State of Maryland concerning gambling or gaming;

(3) Two or more convictions of one or more of the clerks, agents,

employees or servants of a licensee under the provisions of this
Article, of any violation in or on the licensed premises, within a

period of two years; and the Board of License Commissioners shall

revoke any license issued under the provisions of this Article if with-
in a period of two years any licensee is convicted twice for violating

any of the provisions of this Article concerning an illegal sale of

alcoholic beverages on Sunday or during prohibited hours or if any

licensee during said time is convicted twice of violating any of the

laws of the State of Maryland concerning gambling or if any of the

during such period any licensee is convicted of any violation of any

of the provisions of this Article concerning an illegal sale of alcoholic

beverages on Sunday or during prohibited hours and also convicted

of a violation of any of the laws of the State of Maryland concerning
gambling or gaming and said license shall be revoked for two or

more convictions of the same clerk, agent, employee or servant of a

licensee under the provisions of the Article, for any violation in or
on the licensed promises within a period of two years.

ANY CONVICTION OF THE LICENSEE OF A VIOLATION
IN OR ON THE LICENSED PREMISES OF ANY OF THE PRO-
VISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE CONCERNING AN ILLEGAL SALE
OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON SUNDAY, OR FOR TWO OR
MORE CONVICTIONS OF DIFFERENT CLERKS, AGENTS,
EMPLOYEES OR SERVANTS OF A LICENSEE UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE FOR A VIOLATION IN OR
ON THE LICENSED PREMISES OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS ARTICLE CONCERNING AN ILLEGAL SALE OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON SUNDAY. FURTHER, THE
BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS SHALL REVOKE ANY
