Section 84-H thereof, as said Section 84-H was added by Chapters
186 and 226 of the Acts of 1951, relating to appropriations by the
County Commissioners of Charles County for tuition of students
at a junior college therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 84-I be and it is hereby added to Article 9 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Charles
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 84-H thereof, as said Section 84-H was added by
Chapters 186 and 226 of the Acts of 1951, and to read as follows:
84-I. The County Commissioners of Charles County be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to appropriate a sum of money for
the tuition of students at any junior college now or hereafter estab-
lished in Charles County BY THE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCA-
TION. Said sum shall be equal to $200. for each student, up to a
maximum of 200 students.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal sub-section 71 (b) of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1956 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Rights and Duties of Licensees", relating to transfers
of alcoholic beverage licenses in Allegany County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That sub-section 71 (b) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1956 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Rights
and Duties of Licensees", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.
