the Board of Trustees of the Maryland State Firemen's Association
and to be paid out of its treasury at such times and in such instal-
ments and in such amount as the said Board of Trustees of the Mary-
land State Firemen's Association may decide, until they each attain
the age of seventeen years.
41. Any child or children of permanently disabled or deceased
volunteer firemen, whose disability or death has been caused by an
accident resulting from active participation in fighting a fire or while
going to and from a fire, or performing any [other duties necessary
to the operation or maintenance of the fire company] necessary duties
relating to actual fire fighting, or actively participating in the ambu-
lance or rescue squad work of an incorporated volunteer fire com-
pany in the State of Maryland, after having graduated from an ac-
credited high school, shall have the right and privilege of attending
schools of higher education at the expense of the Maryland State
Firemen's Association, which shall be at the discretion of the Board
of Trustees of the said Maryland State Firemen's Association.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to add new Sections 648HH to 648LLMM, inclusive, to
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1956 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources", said new sections to follow
immediately after Section 648GG thereof, and to be under the new
sub-title "Storage of Natural or Artificial Gas and Petroleum
Products", concerning the underground storage of natural or arti-
ficial gas or petroleum products and their derivation DERIVA-
TIVES IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, prohibiting certain
operations relating thereof THERETO, authorizing the Depart-
ment of Geology, Mines and Water Resources, to make rules and
regulations and establishing certain regulations therefor.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 648HH to 648LL 648MM, inclusive, be and they
are hereby added to Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1956 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", said new sections to
follow immediately after Section 648GG thereof, to be under the new
sub-title "Storage of Natural or Artificial Gas and Petroleum Prod-
ucts", and all to read as follows:
