ful means, any officer of registration in any election precinct to
register, or attempt to register any person not lawfully entitled to
registration in such precinct;

(j) To register any false, assumed or fictitious name, or any name
of any person, except as provided in this Article;

(k) Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently to interfere with, hinder
or delay any officer of registration in the discharge of his duties;

(I) To counsel, advise or induce, or attempt to induce any such
officer to refuse or neglect to comply with or perform his duties, or
to violate any law prescribed for regulating the same;

(m) To aid, counsel, procure or advise any voter, person or officer
of registration to do any act by law forbidden, or in this Article
constituting an offense, or to omit to do any act by law directed to
be done.

174. False Voting. (a) Every person convicted of any offense
under the provisions of this section shall be punished by imprisonment
in jail or in the penitentiary for not less than six months nor more
than five years. Said offenses shall be such if committed at any
general, special or primary election hereafter held in any city or
county. They shall include the following:

(b)   Falsely to personate any voter or other person, and vote or
attempt or offer to vote in or upon the name of such voter or other
person, or to vote or attempt to vote in or upon the name of any
other person, whether living or dead, in or upon any false, assumed
or fictitious name, or in or upon any name not his own;

(c)   Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently to vote more than once
for any candidate for the same office, except as authorized by law;

(d)   To vote or attempt or offer to vote in any election precinct
without having a legal right to vote therein;

(e)   To vote more than once, or vote in more than one election
precinct;

(f)  Having once voted, to vote or attempt to offer to vote again;

(g)   Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently to do any unlawful act to
secure for himself or for any other person a right or opportunity
to vote;

(h) By force, threat, menace, intimidation, bribery or reward, or
offer or promise thereof, or otherwise unlawfully, either directly or
indirectly, to influence, or attempt to influence any voter in giving
his vote; or,

(1)   By such means to prevent or hinder, or attempt to prevent or
hinder any qualified voter from freely exercising the right of suf-
frage; or,

(2)   By any such means, to induce, or attempt to induce any such
voter to exercise any such right; or,

(3) By any such means or otherwise to compel or induce or attempt
to compel or induce any judge or clerk of election in any election
precinct to receive the vote of any person not legally qualified or en-
titled to vote at the said election in such precinct;
