themselves before said board of registry for registration. Such per-
son or persons so registered shall be entitled to vote at all primary
and general elections held thereafter unless such registration shall
be cancelled as hereinafter provided. Notice of such registration days
shall be given by the Board of Supervisors of Elections in each county
by newspaper advertisements and in the discretion of the Board by
handbills as is provided for notice of elections in Section 12 of this
Article.

30. Additional Days and Places for Registration. (a) Authorized.
In addition to the days of registration in the several election precincts
and districts as provided by this sub-title, the Supervisors of Elec-
tions of the several counties
ANY COUNTY are hereby authorized
to provide for the registration of voters and change of party affilia-
tion and removals as provided by Sections 28 and 38 (c) of this
Article, at their respective offices at their respective county seats or
other places, in such county on such additional days and during such
hours as they shall determiner,
BUT NOT LATER THAN THE TIME
PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 29 HEREIN. In the event the Super-
visors of Elections of any county shall provide for such registration,
the County Commissioners or County Council of said county shall
make available sufficient funds to pay the officers of registration
designated or named to make such registration and other necessary
expenses. Either the said Supervisors of Elections shall appoint
two registration officers (one from each of the two major political
parties of the State) to constitute a board of registry for the pur-
poses of this section, or one majority member and the minority mem-
ber of the Board of Supervisors of Elections may constitute the
board of registry for the purposes of this section. Notice of such
additional days and places of registration shall be given as herein-
before provided in Section 12 of this Article, provided, however, that
when a regular schedule for such additional days and places of regis-
tration is so authorized, such notice need be given with respect to such
schedule and not as to the several days and places for such additional
registration.

(b)   Revisions. All registrations made under the provisions of
this section shall be subject to review on revision days by the several
boards of registry, as authorized by Section S3 of this Article. All
the provisions of this Article as to registration of voters, except as
otherwise provided in this section, shall be applicable in making
registrations under this section.

(c)   Harford County. It shall be mandatory in Harford County to
provide for the registration of voters as in this section specified on
at least one regular day in each and every month.;
PROVIDED THAT
NO SUCH REGISTRATION SHALL BE HELD LATER THAN AS
PROVIDED IN SECTIONS 29 OR 38 (A) HEREIN, WHICHEVER
IS APPLICABLE. The County Commissioners and Supervisors of
Elections of Harford County shall make provision for such registra-
tion of voters.

(d)  Prince George's County. In Prince George's County, the Board
of Supervisors of Elections is authorized to provide for the registra-
tion of voters at such additional places and at such times as may be
deemed necessary or advisable by it.

(e)  Party Affiliation or Removal. In counties not having a perma-
nent board of registry, designation or change of party affiliation,
