$25.00, and if the owner also resides within the corporate limits of
any municipality or special taxing area in a county, the municipality
or special taxing area shall be entitled to receive from the County
the sum of $12.50.

(d)   (Class C. Pneumatic Tires.) (1) A fee of $30.00 each for
all motor vehicles operating as funeral coaches, limousines, mortician
flower coaches, mortician service wagons and ambulances, except
those publicly owned and operated for which there is no registrar
fee.

(2) The Department shall pay to the County or Baltimore City in
which the owner of a Class C motor vehicle resides, the sum of
$10.00, and if the owner also resides within the corporate limits of
any municipality or special taxing area in a county, the municipality
or special taxing area shall be entitled to receive from the County
the sum of $5.00.

(e)   (Class D. Pneumatic Tires.) (1) A fee of $5.00 each for all
motorcycles, motor-scooters, motor bicycles, bicycles having motor
attachments and similar vehicles.

(2) There shall be returned to the County or Baltimore City, in
which the owner of a motorcycle, motor-scooter, motor bicycle,
bicycle having motor attachment or similar vehicle, resides, the sum
of $2.00, and if the owner also resides within the corporate limits of
any municipality or special taxing area in a County, or in a special
improvement district in Prince George's County, the municipality
or special taxing area or special improvement district shall be
entitled to receive from the County the sum of $1.00, provided it has
an indebtedness.

(f)  (Class E. Pneumatic Tires.) (1) Single unit commercial motor
vehicles with two or more axles, shall pay a registration fee based
upon gross shipping weight of the chassis and battery as certified by
the manufacturer, with gross weight limitations for the vehicles and
load, as follows:

(2) Provided any truck having ¾ ton manufacturers' rating
capacity and under shall pay, $17.00. Provided further that in addi-
tion to the aforegoing registrations, the department shall issue regis-
trations to be known as "dump service registration'9 providing for
a gross weight of vehicle and load of not more than forty thousand
(40,000) pounds for two axle vehicles nor more than sixty-five thou-
sand (65,000) pounds for three or more axle vehicles, upon applica-
tion therefor and certification by the applicant that the vehicle for
which registration is sought is a dump truck for the hauling of loose
materials in bulk. The department may so issue license tags here-
