WHERE THE SAME INTERSECT THE EASTERLY LINES OF
THE CONVEYANCE FROM HENRY BRADLEY TO GEORGE R.
BELL DATED JUNE 13, 1884, AND RECORDED AMONG THE
LAND RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY IN LIBER E P B 32 AT
FOLIO 263; THENCE WITH THE LINES OF SAID LATTER
DEED TO A POINT ON THE EXISTING BOUNDARY OF SAID
DISTRICT, SAID POINT BEING THE INTERSECTION OF THE
CENTER LINE OF BELL'S MILL ROAD AND THE CENTER
LINE OF SEVEN LOCKS ROAD, AND THENCE IN AN EAST-
ERLY DIRECTION WITH THE CENTER LINE OF BELL'S MILL
ROAD TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area AREAS above described and said area AREAS
shall be subject to all the rules and regulations of the Commission
and all provisions of law relating to said District, including taxes
and other sums or charges levied by said Commission in other parts
of said District.

Sec 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 711
(House Bill 862)

AN ACT to authorize the County Council of Montgomery County
and the County Commissioners of Prince George's County to levy,
in their discretion, an additional ad valorem tax not exceeding
three cents (3¢), annually, upon all of the property assessed for
county taxation purposes within the Metropolitan District as it
exists at the time of said levy for the acquisition, maintenance,
development and operation of the regional park system and for
debt service on present or future bonds issued by it and to pay the
proceeds of said tax to said Park and Planning Commission and
to require the expenditure in each County of the amount of tax
received from each County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the County Council of Montgomery County and the County
Commissioners of Prince George's County are hereby authorized, in
their discretion, to levy an ad valorem tax not exceeding three cents
(3¢), in addition to all other taxes now levied, annually, for the benefit
of and on behalf of the Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission upon all of the property within the Maryland-
Washington Metropolitan District now assessed for county taxation
purposes as such Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District is now
