(b) The State's Attorney of Worcester County shall receive an
annual salary of $1,500. and on and after the first Monday in January,
1959, an annual salary of $5,000.

(11) The State's attorney of Worcester County shall receive an
expense allowance of $4,000 for the [year 1953 and each year there-
after, plus such further allowance as shall be approved by the county
commissioners of that county for the performance of the official
duties of his office that are necessary or may hereafter be required
by law. ] calendar years 1957 and 1958, plus allowance, upon vouchers

submitted therefor, to the County Commissioners of said county for

their approval for expenses incurred in the performance of the official
duties of his office, including, but not
limited to, stationery and office
supplies, secretarial hire, out of county travel expenses, association
dues and conference registration
fees, directories, telephone charges
and office equipment.
On and after the first Monday in January of
the year 1959, the State's Attorney shall receive, upon vouchers sub-
mitted therefor, to the County Commissioners of the said county for
their approval the expenses incurred in the performance of the official
duties of his office, including, but not limited to, stationery and office
supplies, secretarial hire, out of county travel expenses,
association
dues and conference registration fees,
directories, telephone charges
and office equipment
NOT TO EXCEED $3,000 ANNUALLY.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

(House Bill 800)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 308 of
Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Prince George's County,
(1953 Edition), title "Circuit Court", sub-title "Plats", relating
generally to the abandonment of sub-division plats and public
areas in Prince George's County and prescribing certain procedural
requirements as to notice being given to persons affected by the
said abandonment.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 308 of Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1953 Edition), title "Circuit Court", sub-title
"Plats" be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
