ject to all the rules and regulations of the Commission and all pro-
visions of law relating to said District, including taxes and other sums
or charges levied by said Commission in other parts of said Districts
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE COMMISSION SHALL NOT
LEVY ANY AD VALOREM TAX OR ANY FRONT FOOT BENE-
FIT TAX ASSESSMENT OR OTHER CHARGE WITHIN ANY OF
THE AFOREMENTIONED AREAS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER OR SEWER SYSTEM SHALL
BE ACTUALLY COMMENCED OR AN EXISTING WATER OR
SEWER SYSTEM SHALL BE EXTENDED TO SUCH AREA AND
AVAILABLE TO THE PROPERTY WITHIN SUCH AREA, AND
WHEN, FROM TIME TO TIME SUCH A SYSTEM IS COM-
MENCED OR EXTENDED, THEN THE AREA OR AREAS AF-
FECTED BY SAID COMMENCEMENT OR EXTENSION SHALL
BE EXCLUDED FROM THIS PROVISION.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on June 1, 1957.

(House Bill 733)

AN ACT to add an additional area AREAS to the Washington Subur-
ban Sanitary District.

Section 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the area AREAS herein described is ARE hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1918:

All that area THOSE AREAS in Prince George's County lying
within the following described boundaries:

1. Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, where said boundary inter-
sects the centerline of the southerly fork of the Southwest Branch,
said point being 200 feet east of the east side of the road between
Forestville and Central Avenue and running thence in an easterly
and southeasterly direction with the centerline of the said southerly
fork and the centerline of Southwest Branch down said stream until
it intersects the twenty-first line of the property of W. Beall Bowie,
said line described in a deed from Washington J. Beal, et ux, to
William J. Bowie, dated December 14, 1882 and recorded among the
Land Records of Prince George's County, Maryland in Liber J. W. B.
1 at Folio 636, thence in an easterly direction reversely with the
twenty-first through the thirteenth lines of the aforesaid deed to the
center of Landover Road, thence in a northwesterly direction with
