with the said existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District to the point of beginning.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area above described and said area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the Commission and all provisions of
law relating to said District, including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by said Commission in other parts of said District.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on June 1,1957.

(House Bill 731)
AN ACT to add an additional area to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the area herein described is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918:
All that area in the Berwyn Election District of Prince George's
County included within the corporate limits of the City of Greenbelt
as described in Chapter 583 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1949. NOT NOW INCLUDED WITHIN THE EXISTING BOUND-
ARY OF THE WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY DIS-
TRICT.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
