proper, not in violation of law, including covenants setting forth the
duties of the Authority in relation to the construction, acquisition,
improvement, installation, maintenance, operation, repair and in-
surance of any project or projects and the custody, safeguarding and
application of all moneys, and may provide that any project or
projects shall be constructed and paid for under the supervision and
approval of consulting engineers employed or designated by the
Authority and satisfactory to the trustee appointed as provided here-
in, and if none, the original purchasers of the bonds issued hereunder.
Such trust indenture or indentures may further provide that the
security given by contractors and by any depository of the proceeds
of the bonds or revenues of any project or other moneys pertaining
thereto, be satisfactory to the trustee appointed as provided herein,
and if none, the original purchasers of the bonds. It shall be lawful
for any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of this
State to act as depository of the proceeds of the bonds or revenues.
Such resolution or such trust indenture or indentures may set forth
the rights and remedies of the bondholders and of the trustee, and
may restrict the individual right of action of bondholders as is custo-
mary in trust indentures securing bonds and debentures of corpora-
tions. All expenses incurred in carrying out such trust indenture
may be treated as a part of the cost of maintenance, operation and
repair of any project or projects.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 632
(House Bill 609)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 81 of
Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "State Roads", sub-title "Bear Creek Bridge", to provide that
if the Baltimore County Revenue Authority should purchase the
bridge it may amortize the amount paid for said bridge within a
period of not to exceed thirty (30) years.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 81 of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

81. If such bridge shall at any time be taken over or acquired by
the Board of County Commissioners of Baltimore County under the
provisions of Section 80 of this Article, and if tolls are charged for
the use thereof, the rates of toll shall be so adjusted as to provide a
fund sufficient to pay for the cost of maintaining, repairing and
operating the bridge and its approaches, and to provide a sinking
fund sufficient to amortize the amount paid for such bridge and its
