A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal Chapter 30 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1958, relating to the right of the Board of Couny Commis-
sioners of St. Mary's County to borrow a certain sum of money and relating
also to the amount and to the time, manner, procedure, rate of interest
and re-payment of any such borrowed monies and the use of the proceeds
thereof; and to re-enact, without change, the provisions of said Chapter
30 in order to resolve any possible doubts about its unconstitutionally."

A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Section 9 (45) to Section 9 of
Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title 'Revenue
and Taxes', sub-title 'What Shall be Taxed and Where', said new Sub-
section to follow immediately after Section 9 (44) thereof, authorizing the
exemption from State and local property taxation, of certain tangible
-personal property which is part of or necessary for the efficient operation
of nuclear research or testing facilities."

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal Section 51A of Article 25 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title 'County Commissioners',
sub-title 'County Treasurers', said Section having been enacted by Chapter
29 of the Acts of 1958, and relating to the right of County Treasurers,
Comptrollers, or Collector of Taxes of every county and Baltimore City by
whatever name known, to succeed themselves in office, and said section
being repealed and re-enacted without change of language in order to
resolve any possible question of unconstitutionality in said Chapter 29 of
the Acts of 1958.

used for certain necessary buildings, construction, deferred maintenance,
and equipment purposes of this State, for acquiring certain land and
