ERTY FOR OPERATION OF NUCLEAR RESEARCH, ETC.

Amended in the Senate.

Mr. Boone, duly seconded, moved that the House concur in the Senate
amendments.

Said motion prevailed and the Senate amendments were concurred in.

"By the Committee:

Amendments to House Bill No. 6

Amendment No. 1. In lines 6, 7 and 8 of Sub-section (45) of the
third reading file bill, strike out the following:

". Except as otherwise provided in this Article, this exemption shall
not be construed to apply to any nuclear reactor for the commercial pro-
duction of electric power".

Amendment No. 2. In line 13 of Sub-section (45) of the third
reading file bill after the word "ordinance.", add the following:
