Senate Bill No. 1—Senators Turnbull and Phoebus:

A Bill entitled "An Act to authorize the use of certain funds from the
monies credited to the account of the State of Maryland in the Unemploy-
ment Trust Fund, together with certain other monies to be transferred
thereto, such monies to be available for the purchase of real property
and/or the purchase or erection of a building or buildings thereon for the
use of the Department of Employment Security of Maryland and relating
generally to the use of such Fund and monies."

Senate Bill No. 2—By Senator Turnbull:

A Bill entitled "An Act making an emergency appropriation for the
payment of the expenses of the General Assembly of Maryland for the
Extraordinary Session of 1958."

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 297 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title 'Public Education', sub-title 'Chapter 30. Vocational Rehabilitation',
in order to accept the provisions and benefits of Public Law 565? 83rd
Congress, as approved August 3, 1954."
