RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is hereby autho-
rised, to pay annually, in quarterly payments, to Bennet Mudd, of Charles coun-
ty, an old soldier, or his order, the half pay of a sergeant during the remainder of
his life.

priated money in the treasury, to Ely Dorsey, of Ely, of Frederick county, or to

ces during the revolutionary war.
