CHAPTER 20.
An act annulling the marriage of Michael Entley. and Mary
Entley, of Allegheny county.
Sec. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the marriage of the said Michael Entley and

Mary Entley, heretofore solemnized be, and the same is here-

by declared to be absolutely and to all intents and purposes

null and void, and the said Michael Entley and Mary Entley his

wife are hereby declared to be divorced a vinculo matrimonii;

Provided always, that nothing herein contained shall be con-

strued to illegitimate the children of the said Michael Entley

and Mary Entley his wife, born prior to the passage of this

act.

Chapter 21.

An act for the benefit of the heirs of George Lytle, late of
Harford County deceased.
Sec. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of

Maryland, that Thomas Lytle of Baltimore City be, and he

is hereby appointed trustee to sell and dispose of all the real

estate of George Lytle late of Harford county deceased, at

such time and upon such terms as he in his judgment shall
deem most advantageous to the heirs of the said deceased, and

that upon the payment of the whole purchase money he convey

the same to the purchaser or purchasers, which conveyance

being duly made and recorded among the land records of Har-

ford county, shall be sufficient to convey all the right, title,

claim and interest, of in and to the said real estate that the said
George Lyle had therein at the time of his death; and that the

said trustee after paying the debts of the deceased, shall vest

the balance of the proceeds of such sales in bank or other

stocks for the use of the children of said deceased, under the

directions of the orphan's court of Harford county.

2. AND BE IT ENACTED, That the said Thomas Lyt-

le before he proceed to exercise any of the powers vested in

him under the provisions of this act, shall give bond to the
State of Maryland, in such penalty and with such security as

the orphan's court of Harford county shall direct for the faith-

ful performance of all and singular the powers by this act vest-
ed in him, and that the said bond be recorded by the register of

wills for the said county; which bond or an office copy thereof

may be put in suit by any person or persons interested in the

performance of the conditions of the same; Provided always,

AND BE IT ENACTED, That no sale made by the trustee
aforesaid of the said George Lytle's real estate in virtue of this

act, shall be good and valid until the same be approved of by

the orphan's court of Harford county; and in case any such

sale shall be rejected by the said court, the said trustee shall

proceed to sell again, and so from time to time until such sale

shall be approved of by the orphan's court.

Sec. 3. AND BE IT ENACTED, That the said trustee shall

be entitled to such sum or sums of money, for his expense and

trouble that he may necessarily be put to in performing the du-

ties required by this act, as the orphan's court of Harford

county shall think proper to allow him.
