CHAPTER 91.
A supplement to the act entitled, an act to appoint Tho-
mos Harris, junior, of the city of Annapolis, trustee
for the sale of the real estate of John Gwinn, Esquire,
late of the said city, deceased.
Sec. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That if it shall appear to the orphans'
court of Anne Arundel county, that the interest which
hath arisen, or which may arise upon the stock purchas-
ed or to be purchased by the trustee under the directions
of the orphan's court aforesaid, in pursuance of the act
to which this is a supplement, hath not been of shall not be
sufficient for the support, maintenance and education of the
children of the said John Gwinn, or either of them during
their minority, and that the said trustee hath advanced or
shall advance to the mother and natural guardian or the
said children, during their minority, a part of the proceeds
of the sales of the real estate, over and beyond the in-
terest arising or to arise from the stock purchased by him
under the directions of the orphans' court aforesaid, then
the said orphans' court shall and may sanction and ap-
prove of the advance so made and to be made as afore-
said, or of such part thereof, as they shall deem necessary
and sufficient tor the support, maintenance and education
of the said children or either of them, during their minor-
ity, and the said trustee shall be credited with, and al-
lowed in the settlement of his trust as aforesaid, such sum
or sums of money as shall be sanctioned and approved by
the orphans' court as aforesaid.

CHAPTER 92.
An act to repeal an act of Assembly therein mentioned.
SEC. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act entitled, a supplementary act
to the act entitled, an act relating to servants and slaves,
passed at a session of assembly begun and held at the
city of Annapolis on the third day of October, in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twen-
ty eight, be and the same is hereby repealed, annulled and
abrogated.

CHAPTER 93.
An act for the relief of Thomas Murphy and Rachel
Evans.
SEC. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the levy court of Montgomery coun-
ty he and they are hereby authorised and empowered so
long as they shall see cause to levy and assess on the as-
sessable property of Montgomery county, such sum not ex-
ceeding thirty dollars, as they may deem necessary for the
support of said Thomas Murphy; and the same when col-
