Deed to be
valid.

to law on the sixteenth day of April, eighteen hundred
and ten: Therefore,
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the deed from Thomas Beall (of
Samuel) to James Glen, dated the twenty sixth day of
February, eighteen hundred and eight, shall have all
the force and virtue in law as if the said James Glen was
le^&ltv naturalized at the time of the executing of the said
deed by the said Beall to the said Glen.

Legal title
vested.

2. AND BE IT ENACTED, That as good and legal
a title to lot number two hundred and forty four, is here-
by vested in Benjamin Murrow, as if the said James Glen
had been legally naturalized when he received the deed
from the said Beall, any law to the contrary notwith-
standing.

CHAPTER 96.

Benefits of
insolvent acts
granted.

A supplement to an act entitled, an act for the relief of
Aquila Beall, of Prince George's county.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the judges of Prince Geor-
ge's county conn, or any judge thereof, be, and they are
hereby authorised and directed to extend to Aquila
Beall of Prince George's county, the benefit of an act of
Assembly passed at November session eighteen hundred
and five, entitled, an act for the relief of sundry insol-
vent debtors, and the supplementary acts thereto, not-
withstanding any deed or bill of sale the said Aquila
Beall may have given of any of his property for the se-
curity of any creditor or creditors, previous to the pas-
sage of an act of Assembly at November session eigh-
teen hundred and twelve, entitled, a further additional
supplement to the act entitled, an act for the relief of
sundry insolvent debtors.

Street— its di-
rection. Plot.

An act to open and extend Queen street in the city of
Baltimore.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the city commissioners of Balti-
more be, and they are hereby empowered to open and
extend Queen street in the city of Baltimore, beginning
at the point on the east side of Harford street, where
the line of the south east side of Queen street when ex-
tended in a direct line intersects the same, and running
thence in the same direction to Eden street, thence with
Eden street to the intersection of Eden and German
streets, thence with the south side of German street to
the intersection of German and Harford streets, and
thence with the east side of Harford street to the begin-
ning; and the said street when so opened and extended,
and the valuation and assessment herein after directed to
be made shall have taken place, shall be deemed & taken,
