sum of ten thousand dollars, conditioned for the faithful discharge
of the several trusts reposed in him by this act.
4. And be it enacted, That nothing in this act shall take effect
and have operation so as to enable the said Jacob Poe to lease,
sell and convey all or any part of the real estate herein before
mentioned, unless the orphans court of Baltimore county, shall
in the first instance, pass an order authorising the doing of the
same.

CHAPTER 81.
An act for the relief of Sarah M'Ilvaine, of the city of Baltimore.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
judges of Baltimore county court are authorised and hereby re-
quired to grant to Sarah M'Ilvaine, of the city of Baltimore, the
benefit of the several acts of assembly passed for the relief of in-
solvent debtors, to the same extent that she would have been en-
titled thereto, before the execution of a certain bill of sale by the
said Sarah M'Ilvaine, to George M'Ilvaine, dated on the eleventh

day of September, eighteen hundred and twenty three; Provided,
the commissioners of insolvent debtors for the city and county of
Baltimore shall be satisfied that no property of any kind whatever
has been withheld from the trustee appointed for the benefit of
the creditors of the said Sarah M'Ilvaine, either by' the said Sarah
M'Ilvaine or by any other person or persons claiming the same, by,
from or under the said Sarah M'Ilvaine.

CHAPTER 82.
An act for the relief of Robert G. Russell, of Frederick County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
judges of Frederick county court are authorised and hereby re-
quired to reinstate and hear the petition of Robert G. Russell,
heretofore filed in Frederick county court, praying for the benefit
of the several acts of assembly passed for the relief of insolvent
debtors, and to grant to the said Robert G. Russell the benefit of
the said several acts of assembly, as fully and effectually as if the
said Robert G. Russell had produced the assent of two thirds of

his creditors in writing, Provided nevertheless, that the said Robert
G. Russell shall in all other respects comply with the requisitions
of the said several acts of assembly; And provided also, that this
act shall not avail to exonerate the said Robert G. Russell for any
debts or liabilities contracted or incurred by him since the filing of
his said petition,

CHAPTER 83.

An act for the relief of Ezra Mantz, Gideon Mantz, and David Mantz, of
Frederick County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the judges of Frederick county court are hereby authorised and re-
quired to grant to Ezra Mantz. Gideon Mantz and David Mantz,
of Frederick county, the benefit of the several acts of assembly.
