the further time of three years from and after the passage of this act
is hereby allowed to-complete the same.

CHAPTER 147.

An act for the benefit of George Creager of Frederick county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the judges
of Frederick county court be, and they are hereby authorised and
directed to extend to George Creager of Frederick county, the full
benefit of the act of assembly, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and five, chapter one hundred and ten, and the supplements
thereto, notwithstanding it may be made to appear to them that the
said George Creager did, on or about the seventeenth day of February,
eighteen hundred and twenty one, convey by deed in trust for the
purpose therein mentioned, unto Lewis Creager, certain property

terms and conditions of said laws; and provided also, that if it should
appear to them that the said George Creager has given an undue
preference by said deed, said deed shall be no farther valid than it

CHAPTER 148.

A supplement to the act, entitled, An additional supplement to the act,
entitled, An act to regulate public ferries,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
justices of the levy courts of Somerset and Worcester counties are
hereby vested with all the powers and authority given to the county
courts of Somerset and Worcester, by the act to which this is a sup-
plement, passed at November session, 1791, and that after the pas-
sage of this act, the powers of the said county court, with regard to
. making contracts for keeping public ferries at the county expense is
hereby abrogated and made void.

A supplement to an act, entitled, An act to establish a Board of Agri-
culture for the counties therein mentioned, passed at November ses-
sion, 1807, chapter 169.
WHEREAS, since the passage of the act to which this is a supple-
ment, several of the trustees of the board of Agriculture for Mont-
gomery county, have died or resigned, therefore,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That in lieu
of the trustees of the Board of Agriculture for Montgomery coun-
ty, appointed by the act to which this is a supplement, Roger Brooke,
Thomas Davis, Basil Brooke, Thomas S. Wheeler, George C. Wash-
ington, William Wilson, Honore Martin, Charles I. Kilgour, George
Peter, Elijah Viers and David Frame, be, and they are hereby ap-
pointed trustees of the Board of Agriculture for Montgomery coun-
ty-

A supplement to an act, entitled, An act to provide for a new assess-
ment and appoint collectors of the tax in and for the city and county
of Baltimore.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of the tax for the city of Baltimore, and the
commissioners of the tax for the county of Baltimore, or each or a
