297. An act to exempt certain property of the Protestant
Episcopal church, situated in St. Michael's, Talbot county,
from taxation.

298. An act to confirm and make valid a deed from Clem-
ent St. Jones and Josiah Massey, and wife, to Thomas H.
Copper.

299. An act for the benefit of Elizabeth Mills, the legal
representative of Henry Gassaway, late of Anne Arundel
county, deceased.

300. An act relating to the vestry of St. Peter's church, in
the city of Baltimore.

301. An act to regulate the inspection of tobacco, in the
city of Baltimore, and to prescribe the duties of the inspec-
tors, and for other purposes.

302. An act to amend an act passed at December session,
1849, chapter 358, entitled, an act to incorporate the Union
Plank Road and Turnpike Company.

303. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay Thomas
J. Wilson, for legal services rendered the State, at the in-
