150 An act entitled, an act to appoint an additional jus-
tice of the peace in election district No. 4, in Harford
county.

151. An act to authorise the Primary School Commission-
ers for Election District No. 2, in Calvert county, to lay out
and establish a new school district in said election district.

152. An act to prescribe the duties and fix the compensa-
tion of the Sheriff of Charles county, in cases therein pro-
vided.

153. An act entitled, a further supplement to the act of
1852, chap. 317, entitled, an act to incorporate the Santa
Clara Mining Association of Baltimore, and to amend the
said act of incorporation so as to allow the president and di-
rectors of said association to assess the shares of capital stock
in said association.

154. An act to amend an act entitled, an act to incorpo-
rate the Dulany's Valley and Towsontown Turnpike Road
Company, in Baltimore county, passed January session,
1856, chapter 24.

155. An act to authorise the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Talbot county to copy portions of certain record books.

156. An act to allow Hezekiah E. Willet, late collector of
taxes in the third election district of Charles county, further
time to complete his collections.

157. An act for the increase of the capital stock of the
Powhatan Steamboat Company of Baltimore city.

158. An act for the relief of the sureties of Edward S. L.
Young, former State tax collector for Caroline county.

159. An act to authorise and require the county commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, to levy a sum of money to lay
off said county with school districts, and to build school
houses therein.

160. An act to pay Ara West, Eleanor Case and Jane
Pennefield a balance of pension due them as heirs at law of
Hester Pennefield, deceased.

161. An act to protect the proprietors of mineral lands in
Allegany county.

162. A further supplement to the act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Fredericktown Savings Institution, passed at
December session, 1826, March 9th, 1827, ch. 189.
