should be placed in possession of his said estate
and be allowed to act as a man of full age ;
Therefore,

Authorised to
pass final ac-
count.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That Bennett F. Gwynn, guar-
dian to William H. H. Edelen, a minor, be and
he is hereby authorised to pass his final account
as guardian, before the Orphan's court of Prince
George's county, and to pass over and deliver to
the said William H. H. Edelen, all property and
money that may be due to him on the said final
account, and to take his receipt for the same,
which shall be acknowledged and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of said county, and
have the same effect as if the same was executed
by a person of full age.

Guardian to be
allowed all just
claims.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said court
in making said settlement, and passing said ac-
counts, shall allow the said Bennett F. Gwynn, for
all monies bona fide paid by him to and for the
said William H. H. Edelen, and for all liabilities
assumed or entered into by him for his account, up
to the time of said settlement with said court.

Proviso.

Provided, the said court shall deem the same rea-
sonable.

Made as liable
as if of full age.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That from and after
the said settlement in the Orphan's court, and
the receipt of his estate, the said William H. H.
Edelen, shall be answerable for all debts, con-
tracts and liabilities, made and entered into by
him, and may sue and be sued, as fully as if he
were of full age.

In force.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.
