TITLES OF THE LAWS.

1. An act to increase the pay for labor on the public roads in
Talbot county.

2. An act authorising the Comptroller of the Treasury to pay
to Olerichs and Lurman the amount of coupons lost in the United
States Mail Steamer Arctic.

3. An act for the increase of the capital stock of the Baltimore
Copper Smelting Company.

4. An act entitled, an act to authorise the Circuit Court for Bal-
timore city to pass a decree for the sale of certain real estate be-
longing to the Christ Church in Baltimore city, and others.

5. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay John C. Mulli-
ken, administrator of Owen Norfolk, late Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Prince George's county, certain fees due said deceased
from the State.

6. An act to authorise John A. Coe to settle his accounts as
guardian to Henry M. B. McPherson, and deliver over the estate
to his said ward.

7. An act amendatory of an art entitled, an act to incorporate a
Mutual Fire Insurance Company in Cecil county, passed January
the thirtieth, eighteen hundred and forty six

8. An act to provide for the payment of A. C. Huguenin for a
clock for the Senate chamber and the repairs of a clock for the
Court of Appeals.

9. An act amendatory of an act passed January session, eighteen
hundred and fifty-four, chapter one hundred and fifty-six, entitled,
an act for the relief of the sureties on the bonds of William Lyles
of Thomas, former collector for the third collection district of
Prince George's county.

10. An act amendatory of an act passed December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty, chapter one hundred and sixty-four,
entitled, an act incorporating into one the several acts relating to
constables' fees.
