and fifty-three, chapter two hundred and twenty-
seven.

Issue not to

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this bank shall
not issue notes for circulation to an amount exceed-
ing its capital paid in.

Qualification.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the President and
Directors of said Bank shall be citizens of, and re-
side in the city of Baltimore twelve months prior to
their election.

AN ACT to change the time of holding the Circuit
Courts in the Eighth Judicial Circuit.

Term time.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That from and after the first day of
June next, the terms of the Circuit Court for Som-
erset county shall commence on the second Monday
in each of the months of January and July, and on
the first Monday in each of the months of April and
October; the terms of the said Court for Worcester
county shall commence on the third Monday in each
of the months of January, May, July and October;
the terms of the said Court for Dorchester county
shall commence on the fourth Monday in each of the
months of January and July, and on the second
Monday in each of the months of April and Novem-
ber.
