Amendments to House Bill No. 10
By Senator Friend:

Amendment No. 1. In lines 3 through 6 of the title of the Third
Reading File bill, strike out beginning with the words "a sum of" in line 3
down to and including the numerals "1956" in line 6 and insert in lieu
thereof the words "Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($550,000)".

Which amendment was read and concurred in.

Amendment No. 2. In lines 5 through 8 of Section 1 on page 1 of the
Third Reading File bill, strike out beginning with the words "or sums of"
in line 5 down to and including the numerals "1956" in line 8, and insert
in lieu thereof the words "not to exceed Five Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($550,000)".

Which amendment was read and concurred in.

Amendment No. 3. In lines 18 through 21 of Section 2 on page 2 of
the Third Reading File bill strike out beginning with the words "a sum
of" in line 18 down to and including the numerals "1956" in line 21 and
insert in lieu thereof the words "Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($550,000)".

Which amendment was read and concurred in.

Mr. Boone, duly seconded, moved that the House concur in the Senate
amendments.
