Senate Bill No. 1—By the President:

Subject: "MARYLAND PORT AUTHORITY", RELATING GENER-
ALLY TO THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE PORT AUTHORITY.

Amendment to Senate Bill No. 1
By the Ways and Means Committee:

In line 11 of Section 2 on page 3 of the Third Reading File bill after
the word "County" add the following: "; and except that the Authority
shall not have any jurisdiction whatsoever within the boundaries of Queen
Anne's County".

Which amendment was read and adopted.
Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
reading.

On motion of Mr. Boone, duly seconded, and two-thirds of all the mem-
bers elected voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by yeas and
nays as follows, to permit Senate Bill No. 1 to be put on third reading and
